MAIN PROJECT OVERVIEW – THE GALLOWAY PROJECT

The Galloway gold project is located along and to the north of the Cadillac Break in Dasserat Township, less than 30 kilometres west of the Rouyn-Noranda mining district in Abitibi. It consists of 3 mining concessions, 63 claims and 35 lots covering a total area of 2,477hectares. The Galloway property hosts several gold bearing environments. Two main types of gold mineralization can be observed on the property. The first type is related to veins type gold lode related to ENE or EW striking shear zones that are subsidiaries to the Cadillac-Larder Lake break. The second type of mineralization is found in the Galloway area. It consists of disseminated pyrite in volcanic and intrusive rocks (syenite). This pyrite carries anomalous gold values (hundreds of ppb's, up to a few ppm's) over considerable widths (over hundreds of meters). It has been described by various writers as being related to a porphyry system.

The area to the east of the property hosts the former producer Francoeur Gold Mine (Richmont Mines). The deposit is centered on the Francoeur shear zone which might extend, 7 km to the west, onto the Galloway property (Sandborn Shear). This deposit produced approximately 2.1 Mt grading 5.9 g/t Au (MRNF files). Indicated resources stand at 885,000 tonnes at 7.90 g/t Au or 227,500 oz of gold (Richmont Mines website). The Lac Fortune gold deposit (res: 284,347 to @ 5.6 g/t Au, MRNF files) is found 4 km to the east of the property
